Purchase Currency
All prices on our site are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Delivery & Fulfillment
Instant Access: Available immediately after purchase. A confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour.
Memberships & Subscriptions: Access is granted within 24 hours. Login and onboarding details will be sent by email.
Live Programs: You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of purchase. Access links and session details are sent at least 48 hours before the event.
Refund Policy
Digital Downloads: All sales are final due to the instant nature of delivery.
Memberships and Programs: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended.
Live Events: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable with advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing support@contentmode.co. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on digital products. If you believe you purchased something in error, please contact us within 48 hours at support@contentmode.co.
